Forbes magazine announced that Addison Rae made the highest amount of money through TikTok during August of 2020. Also, she is amongst the top TikTok followers. Addison Rae's fame on TikTok is extended beyond TikTok to other platforms, including Instagram, YouTube and Twitter. Her debut single, Obsessed, was released in 2021. The single peaked at number 4 on the New Zealand Hot Singles chart and was the sixth most popular video on YouTube in the days following it's launch.
