Kelly Clarkson is an American musician and singer who became the nation's sweetheart following her win of the American Idol title in the initial season of the show. Not only was the win that catapulted Kelly Clarkson's name to the forefront, it also landed her a deal to RCA Records 19 Recordings & "S Records" for a series of albums. Since her debut her album, she's released several albums. Three of those albums made it to the top of the US Billboard 200. The other albums came close to the top spot. They consider her to be one of the greatest success American Idol artists. She began to experiment with themes and songs when her popularity increased. To acknowledge her talents and individuality, she has received lots of praise and awards. Most notably she has won Grammy Awards three times. Grammy Award three times. Music isn't her only occupation. She also appears in movies and television programs. She is also the author of the novel for children called River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and is involved in numerous charitable organisations.
