Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian performer, actress and musician. Her main work involves focused on Tamil or Malayalam-language films. Annayum, Rasoolum marked her Malayalam as well as Tamil debut. Her debut was in Tamil in the film with Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea Jeremiah comes from an Anglo-Indian origin. She was the daughter of an attorney from the Madras High Court attorney. She is the younger sibling of the researcher assistant who lives in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah was raised in Chennai. He attended National Public School. After his graduation, he attended Women's Christian College. Andrea was able to learn piano during her eighth year. When she was 10, she was a part of a group of the Jackson Five called Young Stars which formed the basis of her first singing and music composing career. Also, she was an actor in the college. Andrea was president of the Student Senate at Women's Christian College. Andrea started her acting career as a young actress in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. In 2006, her role in the brand new Leo Coffee advert was with Shiva. She also acted on Podhigai Channel in a television serial. The actress has performed across India. She appeared briefly in Kanda Mudhal's climax, (2005). Gautham Menon asked Andrea to play the lead role after she sang in Vettaiyaadu's Vilaiyaadu. Andrea plays Kalyani in this film, that is a re-imagining of James Siegel's novel Derailed. Her husband is implicated in an affair and she's blackmailed. Andrea was chosen for the role after actors Simran Shobana and Tabu were invited to audition for the film. The movie was announced in the early part of 2010. In 2011, she agreed to play a minor supporting role in Venkatprabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha, which released in August 2011, Annayum Rasoolum was Rajeev's romantic flick from 2013.
